The inaugural Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix brought a global motorsports audience to the Strip in November 2023 — staged on closed public roads with a multi-day fan campus built from the ground up. The Production Collective acted as lead producer across all guest-facing spaces — public fan zones, premium hospitality, and media operations — directing planning, vendor integration, daily run-of-show, and the full build / show / strike sequence from a single production office. TPC leads the entire guest-facing campus — every public fan zone, premium hospitality suite, and named sponsor activation. Run-of-show, build / show / strike, and vendor integration run from one TPC production office. Power and IT infrastructure span the multi-day footprint. Temporary structures, stage design, hospitality decks, and activation builds are delivered on a closed urban site under direct F1 and municipal coordination.

The inaugural race weekend delivered 150,000+ unique visitors across five fan zones, premium hospitality decks, and named sponsor activations — on a $20M+ production scope. TPC has produced every race weekend since, building activations for Heineken Silver, Virgin, Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, and Caesars Rewards across the East Harmon campus. The first Las Vegas Grand Prix opened on schedule and on brand — and set the template every year since.
