The company will serve as the lead workforce provider and coordinating authority for all event-related builds and productions in the two countries during the tournament scheduled from June 11 to July 19.
This includes workforce staffing, coordination, and labour relations management for ceremonies, halftime shows, pre- and post-match entertainment, and stadium overlay.
“The magnitude of the FIFA World Cup across North America is a massive undertaking and being selected as the official labour provider speaks to the strength of the platform we’ve built,” said Chris Schuman, co-president of workforce at Rockforce.
“RockForce is rooted in shared values – prioritising relationships, delivering at the highest level for our clients, and creating an environment where our workforce can perform at its best.”
Rockforce also provided labour during last year’s FIFA Club World Cup, including the final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey which is set to also host the World Cup final.
The company has acquired two workforce providers in the form of 24/7 Productions and Event Technologies Group in order to assist its operation during the tournament.
Rockforce boasts more than 20,000 workers across North America in both union and non-union environments.
“We’re excited to partner with RockForce on a stage as significant as FIFA World Cup 2026,” said Guy Habosha, technical manager of the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
“RockForce’s national infrastructure, deep local expertise, and trusted labour relations framework ensure a seamless world class workforce across every host city in the US and Canada.”
