Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas

RockForce is Insomniac's workforce partner at Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas — one of the world's largest music festivals, drawing 500,000+ attendees annually to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

EDC Festival

When Insomniac brought Electric Daisy Carnival to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2011, they needed a workforce partner who could staff a festival of unprecedented scale in a compressed build window. RockForce was there from day one — and has been every year since. What began as a sprint to crew four stages across eight days has grown into one of the most demanding and enduring workforce partnerships in festival production. Nine stages. Half a million attendees. One crew that knows how it's done.

Operational Scope

Eight Days. Nine Stages. No Margin for Error.

The Las Vegas Motor Speedway transforms into something unlike any other venue in the world for EDC — nine stages, miles of fencing, and a build window measured in days, not weeks. RockForce coordinates the full labor sequence: advance crews establishing infrastructure, skilled trades across audio, video, lighting, rigging, and staging, and the load-out force that strikes the entire footprint once the last show ends. Union jurisdiction, credentialing, and safety protocols are managed across every shift. The same standard, at every stage, every year.

Outcome

Fifteen Years. The Same Standard.

More than a decade after that first build, RockForce remains Insomniac's workforce partner of choice at EDC Las Vegas. What began with four stages has scaled to nine — and the operational demands have grown with it. The consistency RockForce brings to each edition isn't accidental. It's the product of institutional knowledge built over years: the same crews, the same advance relationships, and a deep understanding of what it takes to staff the most complex footprint in festival production. Every year, the bar gets higher. Every year, the crew delivers.
