The Production Collective manages Dreamville from the ground up — creative concept, site design, permitting, construction, and event management through final strike. Every department, every vendor, every detail. Inside that production framework, Collective Payroll begins onboarding crew approximately six weeks before show day — building the full roster, opening ADP accounts, running E-Verify, and tracking every worker through to clearance.
The process is entirely self-service and electronic. Employees enter their own information. No manual data entry. No errors. For the most recent festival, CP processed approximately 112 workers in a single pay run — every one documented, compliant, and paid before the final set.
